 BOOTH FEE $700.00

White canopy with sidewalls – (Booth Package includes white canopy, sidewalls and 2 covered table, 2 chairs, basic tent lighting and one 20 amp outlet/110 v)

2015 ARIZONA INDIAN ARTS FESTIVAL FOOD VENDORS at SCOTTSDALE CENTER FOR PERFORMING ARTS – VENDOR BOOTH LAYOUT

In order to properly assign your booth space, you must submit EITHER a photo of your booth layout OR a detailed sketch including dimensions, cooking and serving areas, etc.

2015 ARIZONA INDIAN ARTS FESTIVAL FOOD VENDORS at SCOTTSDALE CENTER FOR PERFORMING ARTS – EQUIPMENT RENTALS

Vendors are required to use provided booth package equipment. Any additional equipment should be provided by vendor or rented from our approved equipment provider. Any colored or specialty branded tent is not permitted.

2015 ARIZONA INDIAN ARTS FESTIVAL FOOD VENDORS at SCOTTSDALE CENTER FOR PERFORMING ARTS – HEALTH DEPARTMENT & TAX LICENSING

If you are planning to sell or sample food or beverage products, you must adhere to all rules and regulations. If you are not licensed prior to the event, you will not be allowed to set up – no exceptions. The county requires that all employees obtain food service cards. All Health Department fees must be paid directly. Fees vary depending on set up.

TAX LICENSING

If you plan to do on-site retail sales, you must acquire your own local sales tax permit and pay local sales tax. You are responsible to obtain any other business licenses or permits, which may be required. You are also required to pay all necessary fees, state and other taxes. POWER & WATER REQUIREMENTS – INSURANCE

Additional insurance may be required. In that event, all vendors must include proof of insurance. Please see rules and regulations for insurance requirements. Insurance Certificates must be submitted with the application.

CRITERIA FOR SELECTION:
•            Locally Owned/Operated groups– Preference will be given to businesses or groups that are based in each AZ American Indian Nations. The primary objective of this process is to give American Indian businesses an opportunity to market themselves to the Arizona Indian Festival crowds.
•            Booth Content – Programming involving political affiliations and/or candidates is not permitted.
•            Application Received Date – Apply early! There is limited space at this celebration for participants. Space WILL run out.

SECURITY: AZ Indian Festival will provide overnight roaming security on Wednesday to Friday nights after event hours (6PM); however AZ Indian Festival assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged equipment.

VENDOR SUCCESS: AZ Indian Festival does not guarantee revenue for vendors.

ITEMS FOR SALE: A complete list of items for sale with pricing must be submitted with your application. You must sell only those items listed. Any substitutions must be submitted in advance for approval.

Please remit payment with your application INCLUDING payment for equipment. Only certified check or money orders will be accepted. If a different payment method is sent, your application will be considered incomplete.
